Affidavit of Private Notice - Declaration of Standing

I, Lanny Joseph Rhodes Jr., a living man, competent to testify, sui juris, not a surety or trustee for any artificial person, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare the following as true, correct, complete, and not misleading, to the best of my firsthand knowledge and comprehension.

The definition of equity at Merriam Webster’s Dictionary is “justice in accordance with natural law.” Natural law begins where “Darwin meets God” i.e. fertilization and any person, place, or thing arresting nature’s seamless evolutionary due process at any point from fertilization to last breath is an obstruction of justice.

I appear before all parties and records in my natural, private, living capacity and NOT as a corporate fiction, transmitting utility, or legal entity. I retain all unalienable rights, powers, and faculties endowed by the Creator, and reserve all rights under common law and equity, nunc pro tunc, ab initio, and without prejudice.

I declare that I have a direct, personal, and particularized interest in the subject matter to which this private notice pertains. My standing is not speculative, vicarious, nor assumed, but arises from actual facts, equitable title, and lawful right.

I am the secured party, holder in due course, beneficiary, and/or creditor of the relevant trust or estate implicated by the facts at hand.

Let this affidavit serve as private notice to all parties, agents, and principals—public or private—that I stand as a living man on the land, not subject to foreign statutory presumptions unless contractually bound by full disclosure, mutual agreement, and valuable consideration.

Any objection to this firsthand account must be made through the hand of another living man by inscription and received by the Affiant within sixty days of this private key inscription or everything expressed within stands for all men everywhere as the unrebutted truth of the matter from fertilization to last breath, in regards to the specie-specific heritage of all mankind i.e. Human Race. Silence is acquiescence.

No joinder to any corporate person, public franchise, or adhesion contract is presumed or accepted by silence or non-response.

This affidavit stands as truth in commerce and equity unless specifically rebutted point-for-point by sworn affidavit under full commercial and moral liability within ten (60) days of receipt. Silence is acquiescence.

I AM A PRIVATE CITIZEN UNDER SECTION ONE OF THE FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT, THEREFORE THE EMERGENCY BANKING RELIEF ACT DOES NOT APPLY IN MY PRIVATE CAPACITY.

This declaration is made in good faith, for due notice, and for the record. It is to be held in the private domain and may not be construed as a waiver of any rights, nor a submission to public jurisdiction or legal disability.
